3 msk strösocker
3 st äggulor + 3 hela ägg
3 msk vetemjöl, eller Maizena majsstärkelse
150g dark chocolate
150g butter, softened
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
3 pcs egg yolks + 3 whole eggs
3 tablespoons flour or corn starch
Melt the chocolate over a water bath or in the microwave and let cool slightly. Beat butter and sugar soft. Whisk the egg yolks, one yolk at a time, then the rest of the eggs. Add the flour and the chocolate. These can be prepared and then set the batter in the fridge if you want to do it at a later time. Let the batter just to reach room temperature before baking it later. Spread the batter into the molds.
Serving: Preheat the oven to 392 degrees F. Bake on a rack in the lower part of the oven about 8 – 10 min, the edges should be baked and middle loose. Remove and release the edge of 1 form at a time, turn it out on a small plate. Powder possible with powdered sugar and serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and fresh berries.
